- In business core training
During your first two weeks in the business, you will receive training on the role of a recruitment consultant and basic sales training. This training takes the form of formal classroom style training interlaced with on desk coaching, shadowing your team and role plays. The training is tailored for you depending on what your previous experience is. Where possible, we will arrange for new starters to start on the same day so that you can complete your training as a group and enjoy the camaraderie that comes from beginning your Michael Page journey together.
- Lunch and learns
Throughout the year, you will be able to attend short, impactful workshops that are focused on developing core recruitment and sales competencies. Recent topics have included: selling with insight, knowledge is power, compelling call openings and powerful questioning.
